Our Team

Ken’s family purchased property in Teton Valley in 1973, and he became a full-time resident in 1994. A Utah native, he grew up guiding fly-fishing trips on the local rivers, skiing at Targhee, and working on his family’s Tetonia cattle ranch. With degrees in business and engineering he spent several years following a corporate career before moving to the Valley. Active in the community, Ken is a past president of the Family Safety Network and current president of the Community Foundation of Teton Valley. Ken enjoys sharing his knowledge of the local community, land and real estate opportunities with his clients.

Kent has been a real estate agent in the valley since 2001. He and his wife, Lisa moved to Teton Valley in 1989 after the birth of their daughter, Leidy. Kent believes that real estate is a customer service business. In addition to Sage Realty Group, Kent is currently a Fire Commissioner and a former Commissioner on the Teton County Planning and Zoning Commission. When not in the office, Kent spends his time skiing, fishing, gardening and floating the Teton River.

Julie came to the Tetons in 1977 from Boulder, Colorado to ski the legendary powder snow, and discovered the Teton summers were just as enticing! In 1981 she and her husband purchased a home in Victor, finding Teton Valley a perfect home base for an adventurous lifestyle. Prior to establishing her Real Estate career, Julie owned and operated a small sewing business, Main Street Case Company, making musical-instrument cases. In 1996, Julie founded the Teton Valley Humane Society, which has recently changed its name to the Targhee Animal Shelter. She also served on the boards of the Downtown Driggs Community Association, and the Teton Valley Foundation.

Glenn brings a wealth of intimate knowledge gained from 28 years of living the dream life here in the Tetons. He is ready to share his perspective with professionalism and integrity. Aerial reconnaissance is a specialty. Licensed in Wyoming and Idaho.

Ann Goodell grew up mostly in Dallas, Texas, with two teenage years in Singapore. She attended the University of Colorado at Boulder where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations. Ann came to Teton Valley for a visit and never expected to stay. She fell in love with the beauty of the area, the outdoor activities, the lifestyle and her future husband. Before kids, Ann and her husband spent a lot of time skiing, hiking, climbing, kayaking, and mountain biking together. Now she spends her free time with her two boys, a four-year-old and a six-year-old. Ann has lived in Teton Valley for sixteen years and has watched the valley transform from a quiet agricultural town to a destination resort. Ann enjoys watching the market and would love to have the opportunity to help you find a new primary home, a second home or an investment opportunity. She provides professional customer service and is responsive, prepared and detailed oriented. I discovered Teton Valley in 2003, after searching the entire West for the ideal mountain town to hopefully make my home. I fell in love with the area and knew there were others like me, looking for the same thing, so I immediately invested in some property. Two years later, I quit an 11-year career so I could move to the valley and begin a career in real estate sales and development.

Finding Teton Valley is a blessing I will always be thankful for. The people here are genuine and the surroundings are unmatched. I came to Teton Valley for the pristine living that few people can imagine. For 15 years I have called Teton Valley my home. I enjoy fishing, skiing, and hiking the area trails. I also appreciate the quiet & safe living Teton Valley offers. I have raised two wonderful children, who are now in high school, here. I grew up in Atlanta, GA living the "city life" with a dream of someday seeing myself in the mountains in a log home with a wonderful man and my horse in the back yard. After graduating from the University of Georgia and a ten year career in Advertising in Oregon, my husband and I came to Teton Valley to be ski bums for one year...that was 16 years ago! We love the Tetons, the entire Yellowstone ecosystem, skiing, biking, the rivers, the slower lifestyle and the people of this valley! With two amazing daughters now in our lives, we currently have three horses in the back yard, three dogs, three cats a bunny and a fish! I have been blessed to find my dream here in Idaho and want to help others find their dream here too!
