Home Owner's Insurance — set up before closing. 3 options are listed in Local Services.

Home Owner's Warranty — Your realtor can provide you with contact information for a variety of options.

Electricity — contact Fall River Electric to set up an account.

Water & Sewer — within city limits, contact your respective city to set up billing. Contact information for all cities is listed in Local Services.

Land Line — contact SilverStar.

Propane — 4 options are listed in Local Services.

Internet — 3 options are listed in Local Services.

Trash & Recycling — Look under Utilities & Recycling respectively in Local Services. Vorhees Sanitation will pick up garbage or you can take it to the Teton County Landfill yourself. 2 free months of recycling with R.A.D. for Sage Buyers. Please inquire.

Re-Key — contact Aslin Lock & Alarm at 208.201.0001.

Home Owners Exemption — Primary residences receive a tax credit. Contact the Teton County Assessor's Office at 208.354.2905 to claim your residency.

Register your car — Deptartment of Motor Vehicles at the new courthouse. To obtain a local Drivers License, please visit the Sheriff's office at 89 N. Main St. in the old courthouse at 208.354.2323.

Vote — Register to vote at the courthouse.
