Teton Valley provides a variety of living opportunities and environments. Depending on whether this will be your primary residence or a second home, you will probably have different criteria for the residential property of your dreams.

You might choose to make your home in one of four communities – Driggs, Victor, Tetonia or Alta, WY. The three main communities are located about 8 miles apart from one another along Highway 33. Alta, WY is accessed from Driggs on Ski Hill Road and is en route to Grand Targhee Ski & Summer Resort. Living in any one of these communities can be accomplished in a single-family home, townhome, condo, apartment or duplex depending on your preferences and availability.

If you choose to make your home outside of city limits in the greater Teton Valley, the possibilities are endless. Residents on west side of the valley enjoy the Big Hole Mountain range in their back yard for a variety of outdoor activities, as well as awesome Teton Views. Those opting for the east side of the valley can play in one of the many canyons and foothills the Tetons offer. With the Teton River flowing through the center of the valley, there is yet another venue for fisherman and water lovers to live near.
